1. Ready-made company

There are lists of companies that have already been incorporated and the Certificate of Incorporation & Business Registration Certificate are available. It normally takes 7-10 working days to complete the procedure of the changes. (Please contact us to collect the lists of companies, if any)

2. Tailor-made company

If there is preference to the company name, amount of capital, clauses of Articles of Association, a company according to your requirement can be incorporated. It will take about 1-2 working days to have the Certificate of Incorporation and Business Registration Certificate.

BASIC REQUIREMENT ON INCORPORATION OF COMPANY

1. Capital: No maximum but at least 1 share and no par value.

2. No. of Shareholders: At least 1 person but not more than 50 persons (Shareholder is not necessary to be a Hong Kong resident. Individual or corporate body is permitted.)

3. No. of Directors: At least 1 person (Director is not necessary to be a Hong Kong resident. Individual or corporate body is permitted, but must have at least one director who is a natural person.)

4. Reserved Directors*: Optional

5. Company Secretary: Company Secretary must be a Hong Kong resident or a Hong Kong limited company.

6. Registered Office: It must be a Hong Kong commercial address. Post Office Box number is not accepted.

* If the company has only one shareholder and the shareholder is also the sole director, a reserved director may be nominated to act in the place of the sole director in the event of his or her death.
