Maria Reznikova is Vice President, American Corporate Services, Inc. She holds a Master degree in Business Administration and is a Certified Project Manager with extensive experience in risk management and resource optimization. Dr. Finkelson graduated from Moscow State Industrial University in 1983 with a degree in Engineering. He also holds a Doctorate in Business Administration. He is Co-Chair Business Immigration Committee of China Silicon Valley and a member of the San Francisco Bar Association.
